Ryan Tolzmann is an Audio Engineer who grew up in small town Minnesota and has found himself working for some of this country’s top Audio Companies, the nation’s biggest festivals, and top, platinum selling Artists.

Ryan Tolzmann found himself interested in live sound at the early age of fifteen working for his church youth group; setting up and ‘running sound’ every week for their worship band. Moving forward, live sound remained an interest and found himself working audio for television and small commercial shoots. Eventually moving to Denver, Colorado, it was there where he first started working on full-scale, live event productions. He started working as a stage hand during load-ins and strikes for musical artists such as Jeff Beck and George Strait with a local labor company.

Since then, Tolzmann has only gained experience and knowledge. He soon left Colorado to work for a local San Diego corporate audio-visual company. He worked closely with the company’s lead audio engineer, enabling him to learn from a seasoned professional. After a year and three months, Tolzmann left the company to broaden his horizons, knowledge and experience. Since then, Ryan has worked as an Audio Engineer fulfilling roles such as Front of House Engineer, Monitor Engineer, Production Manager, and Tour Manager. He now runs his own company under the name of Ryan Tolzmann Audio Productions, LLC. The company specializes in providing all aspects of live sound reinforcement, forming the bridge between one persons idea and the companies, engineers and gear to make it happen.

Tolzmann has since been a part of some of the country’s top audio companies, crew for the nations biggest festivals, and many tours with various artists across the world. Ryan’s experience with using a wide variety of audio systems has played a crucial role in success as he has the flexibility to use any system.
